Gardeners and farmers? Listen up: If the reports from sixth graders are any indication, they have a unique and organic way to grow bigger — and tastier peppers. Our resident scientists from Near West Intergenerational School taste-tested a variety of peppers that were grown with and without zebra mussel shell compost.
